I am starting a weight loss journey and I couldn’t be more excited. As always, starting is the most exciting part–it’ll get hard here in just a couple hours 😉
I have developed poor habits, and my goal is to exchange those for good ones.
I am NOT going to count calories or macros. I’m not going to cut out specific food groups.
I AM going to eat CLEANER (Clean means: not processed, directly from nature), and I will follow an exercise routine.
Every Sunday I will check in and say what mini goals I accomplished and how much weight I lost.
I love my body, but I would like to treat it better so that it can last me for many years. This picture below is me a week ago, at my highest weight of 194. (Why doesn’t it look like I weigh that much? Because I’m 5’10” so my weight distributes evenly).
I’m happy with how I look, but I love working on always improving myself. So here we go 🙂
